5, 10 or 20 seats+ for your team - learn more
Leaving the basics of Design 1: Requirement Analysis and Design, this next course addresses the set of flow-charting symbols that most software development professionals understand. You’ll learn how to define process, workflow, and service orientations, and get tips on conducting your own software, service, or work-flow design process
You start by appreciating the common flow-charting operations, creating text narratives and using lines, processes, page connectors, and terminals. We’ll also look at diagramming flows for display devices, data processing, and advanced workflows. And we’ll learn how to detail transitional flows, decisions, and procedures between outputs, such as reports, cards, databases, and point-of-sale receipts. Finally, we explore how to document modern manual operations. In a special case study on service orientation, we‘ll see how to mix-in, diagram, and discuss transitions between automated and manual business operations.
Designed to ignite any eager planner's imagination and propel your thought processes to the next level.
