Konrad Rudolph holds a PhD in computational genomics from the University of Cambridge. He has worked in public research as well as in industry, most recently as a senior research engineer for a startup company specializing in genomic data compression. He has two decades’ worth of experience in software engineering. In his current position he holds a hybrid role in full-stack software development and data-driven genomic research. He has taught numerous courses and workshops on topics in software development and genomic research.
