Sean Alvarez

Sean Alvarez is the chief technology officer of the Life Sciences business at Brillio, advising clients and leading teams to drive digital transformations across business functions with pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms. Before that, he was a principal consultant at Thoughtworks, North America’s head of business platforms. He has honed his skills with an MS in computer science and an MBA, and applied that to lead multiple enterprise-scale transformations using the principles of platform engineering across all cloud vendors. He is recognized for his industry presentations and roundtables in the practice.
