All other international shipping rates are determined at a country or region level and can be previewed on checkout
International shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means the buyer is responsible for any import taxes or delivery fees once the package enters the country. Most countries have *De Minimus* values, below which no duty or tax is charged.
Package transit times are counted from the day the shipment leaves the warehouse.
Due to variations in inventory status, we may split a single order into multiple shipments. If there is stock on hand in the warehouse, items will be picked, packed and shipped within 3 business days and will ship together. If the item is set up as a print-on-demand title, it will print and ship separately within 5 business days. When you purchase a MEAP Combo, you have pre-ordered the print book, which will ship when the final book is published. From time to time, a title may be temporarily backordered while a reprint or inventory transfer is in progress, in which case we will ship the rest of the order immediately and the backordered item when it is available to ship. A shipping notification is sent for each package sent from a split order. Customers are not charged extra shipping fees when Manning splits an order into multiple shipments.
We will issue refunds minus shipping fee for print books returned to us within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Books returned for improper addresses can be reshipped upon request, but may be subject to additional shipping fees.
If your book has a physical defect—bad binding, missing pages, or other similar manufacturing problems—please contact support@manning.com and we'll replace it with a new copy. We may ask you to return the defective copy for inspection.

In MEAP, the Manning Early Access Program, you are purchasing a book before it's complete. We offer the following options for returning or exchanging a MEAP.
Within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange a MEAP for any other Manning eBook or MEAP of similar value. If you pre-ordered a print copy, we will ship that print copy immediately or, if it's in MEAP, as soon as it becomes available.
If we cancel a book in MEAP, you may exchange it for any other book or request a refund of your purchase price.
From time to time books in MEAP proceed more slowly than expected. In such cases, we may offer you the opportunity to exchange your book outside the ordinary 30-day window.
Sales of published (non-MEAP) downloadable products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
