Chapter 9, Section 9.3.4:

The web service endpoint in the spUpdateRssFeed stored procedure is wrong.

Instead of "Chapter9" it should be "Chapter09", as follows:

set @Url = 'http://localhost/AWReporterWeb/Chapter09/Campaigner.asmx/StartCampaign?CampaignID=' + CAST(@SpecialOfferID AS VARCHAR(10))

Chapter 11

There is an issue with the AWReportViewer control for not setting up the correct HTTP header to multipart/related for MHTML. The updated version can be downloaded here.
