Errata
The author reports that a few vital files were omitted from the CD-ROM
accompanying the first printing of the book. (You do
not have the first printing if the term "DirectX 5" appears on
the front cover.)
The missing files are available for download
here in a zip archive that includes all
the files necessary for use MSVC++ 5.0.
The archive includes a text file with complete installation instructions.
