Ebook Download Problems
If for some reason you do not receive the email that contains your download links, please go to this page. Here, after you enter your order number (begins with "yhst", located in the Subject line of the confirmation email) and email address, you will be able to download your content directly from our site.
If you are having problems ordering from the Manning Online Store, or your ebook did not download correctly, send email to the Webmaster. Please include the receipt that was sent to you via email at the time of your order.

If a staff member is available your call will be answered, otherwise any messages left with our service will be returned within 1-2 business days.
